Vacation Rental Description

Newly refurbished home in the gated community of Oceanwalk inJupiter, 
Florida. This home is only a short walk from the beautiful beaches of 
Jupiter. Thus the name "Oceanwalk."  The community is nestled between 
US Highway #1 and the beach. The walk from the front door the sand 
takes approximately nine minutes. There are a number of excellent 
restaurants within walking distance as well.

The kitchen has recently been redone and has granite tile countertops 
along with beautifully tiled floor. A large SubZero refrigerator 
provides ample space for food and beverages. The cabinetry in the 
kitchen is new as well. Hanging halogen lighting with dimmers provide 
whatever type of mood you are looking for.

The two downstairs bathrooms have been redone with fresh tasteful 
tile on the floors and glass block shower wall. The master bath 
provides a tub as well a walk-in shower with a built-in tiled bench.

There are two downstairs bedrooms. One is tiled with 18-inch tile and 
the other tiled with wood plank tile. The master bedroom opens out to 
the pool area in the backyard. While the other bedroom opens out to a 
private courtyard garden. The entire yard has recently been redone by 
professional landscapers. The bed arrangements for these two bedrooms 
are a queen-size and king-size bed.

The third bedroom is an open loft upstairs. This area is carpeted as 
well and there is a full bath adjacent to the upstairs bedroom. The 
bathroom has recently been re-tiled as well as new toilets throughout 
the house. This room is provided with a queen-size bed.

There are two living rooms in this home. One is mirrored on three 
sides, this is currently used as a second living room. This room also 
has a pull-out couch and could be used for unexpected guests. The 
main living room area is a step down off of the dining room. This 
room has windows that open out to the pool and backyard area. There 
are window treatments that eliminate the sun glare so that you can 
enjoy a Sunday afternoon football game or a movie. The furniture in 
the living rooms are leather couches and leather chair and ottoman. 
There is a fireplace in this living room, but it is not an operating 
fireplace. There is a candle rack in the fireplace that gives the 
room ambiance.

The pool area is tiled and surrounded by well manicured landscaping. 
The pool has recently been resurfaced but it is not heated. The 
backyard is walled around and provides a very private setting for 
solitude or entertaining.

There are tennis courts located within the community. In addition, 
there is an executive golf course located just 2 minutes up the road.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates (in US Dollars ): Personal Currency Assistant™ 
In season:( December- April)$6000/month, plus Utilities with Two-
Month Minimum.
Deposit required, but negotiable based on credit & references.
Two month minimum is flexible if I can piece together back to back 
rentals.
Off season:(May-October)- rates range from $1200 per week to $1500.
