Vacation Rental Description

This newly renovated and clean studio on the 27th floor is fully 
furnished. Our full kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, 
coffee maker, range with oven, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. 
Linens and towels are provided.  
 
The complex features 24-hour security staff and requires digital FOBs 
to enter the building. Covered, assigned parking space in the complex 
at NO additional charge. 
  
As a high floor unit, you're able to relax on our well-appointed lanai 
and view Waikiki Beach, the Pacific Ocean, western horizon, cityscape, 
mountain ranges, and the Ala Wai Golf course. The pool, sauna, and 
jacuzzi are all on the observation/sundeck on the 29th floor.

"The unit is ideal for an individual or couple. It is clean, modern 
and well decorated.  I especially enjoyed having a washer and dryer in 
the unit.  The view from the lanai was panoramic, with nothing right 
in front of your view.  The view is very open - ocean, Waikiki, golf 
course, rainbows, etc.  The west exposure was nice for the sunsets.  
It does not get too hot.  With the trade winds coming from the north 
and east you are protected from them by being on the west side of the 
building.  The building itself is very well maintained.  The roof deck 
pool, barbeque, hot tub is fantastic with panoramic views of Waikiki. 
The location is excellent, with a grocery store at the end of the 
street - very handy.  The beach is an easy 3 blocks away.  Enjoyed the 
unit immensely."

Hawaii's world famous Waikiki Beach is just two blocks away. Shops, 
restaurants, theaters, entertainment, and a supermarket are a block away. 
 
Naturally, the best and most exciting activities in Hawaii and Waikiki

activities…learn to surf, ride a catamaran or outrigger canoe…again, 
just two blocks away.  
 
The rest of Honolulu, Oahu, and one of the largest shopping centers, 
Ala Moana, are within short travel distances and time…either on foot,

shops which include four major department stores (Neiman Marcus, 
Nordstroms, Macy's, and Sears). The center also is home to numerous

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly Rate is $100.00 Prime/$85.00 Value; plus taxes 
Monthly Rate is $2500.00 Prime/$2100 Value; plus taxes 
 
Prime Season:  July-early September (4 nights minimum) 
               December-March (1 week minimum)  
Value Season:  April-June (3 nights minimum) 
               September-November (1 week minimum) 
 
Hawaii State taxes consist of Transient Accommodations (Lodging) Tax 
(7.25%) and General Excise Tax (4.7%). Cleaning fee which applies at 
end of stay is $80. 
 
Reservations: A deposit of 40% of your entire stay is required to book 
a reservation. Full payment of the balance is required 30-days prior 
to arrival. Credit cards accepted via Paypal. An electronic receipt 
will be emailed to you for all payments received.
