Vacation Rental Description

6 year old home - new Pool, Spa, Fire Pit 
and New Built in BBQ Grill (including refrigerator & hot/cold 
running water.  The home is located inside the gates of Indian Wells 
Country Club, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths; sleeps up to 8.  The 
area is located across from the Hyatt Grand Champions and Esmarelda 
Hotels with 3 spas; a 5 minute drive to El Paseo for upscale 
shopping and restaurants, 10 minute drive to the La Quinta Resort 
and Spa and many well known golf resorts.  All amenities are 
provided,linens, towels and kitchen items are new 
as well.  Kitchen has brand new granite, sit up eating bar and 
dining area. Welcome to call or email for more pictures and

No smoking and small pets considered with added non-refundable 
cleaning fee.

HOME: King bed-Master; Queen bed 2nd bedroom, 2 twins 3rd bedroom, 
bedding, linens, towels, pooltowels,washer,dryer (laundry soap 
included),extra pillows, blankets,1 large master bedroom, w/ sitting 
area,and large masterbath,shower; 2 guest bedrooms with private 
baths, all bedrooms have T.V.; Family Room, Living Room.  
ITEMS: Fax, DSL(wireless), CD Player, DVD, Indoor/Outdoor Speakers, 
Phones in all rooms, w/message center,dishwasher,double oven, 
microwave, 2 coffee-makers,blender,mixer, dishes, utensils, Wine 
Cooler, Air-Conditioned.

* $50.00 per night for number of guest over 6.
Reservation and Damange/Security Deposit

Long Term:  6 months to 1 year available:
$4,000 per month plus tenant pays utilities;
owner pays weekly yard maintenance, pool maintenance, HOA and Terminex.
