running water. The home is located inside the gates of Indian Wells
Country Club, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths (2,700SF); sleeps up to 8. The
area is located across from the Hyatt Grand Champions and Esmarelda
Hotels with 2 Brand new golf courses, 3 reort spas within 2 miles; can walk to Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
A 5 minute drive to El Paseo for upscale shopping and restaurants,
10 minute drive to the La Quinta Resort and Spa and many well known golf resorts.
All amenities are provided,linens, towels and kitchen items are new
as well. Kitchen has brand new granite, sit up eating bar and

No smoking and pets are welcome (we are pet lovers!) with added reasonable non-refundable fee.

Outdoors: Pool (salt water), Spa, Firepit, Built in BBQ - New Grill,
Refrigerator, Sink, Table-Chairs w/ umbrella, 2 lounges, Undercover
patio includes.

HOME: King bed-Master; Queen bed 2nd bedroom, 2 twins 3rd bedroom,
bedding, linens, towels, pooltowels,washer,dryer (laundry soap
included),extra pillows, blankets,1 large master bedroom, w/ sitting
area,and large masterbath,shower; 2 guest bedrooms with private
baths, all bedrooms have T.V.; Family Room, Living Room.
ITEMS: Fax, DSL(wireless), CD Player, DVD, Indoor/Outdoor Speakers,
Phones in all rooms, w/message center,dishwasher,double oven,
microwave, coffee-makers,blender,mixer, dishes, utensils, Wine
Cooler, Air-Conditioned.

Golf, Tennis, many tour events; hiking, biking, shopping, dining
from casual to elegant, Theaters, Casinos, name entertainment.

Will consider monthly rentals.

$7,500 / month plus utility deposit.

Weekly or Daily; 4 Night Minimum -

Holidays and In-Season Minimum 1 week.

Coachella - per quote.

Off-Seaon: 
$2,500 / Week* (June-Sept)  $3,000 (Oct-Dec)

1. Note: To have pool heat available add $300.00 per week.

2. $50.00 per night for number of guest over 6 and $200.00 cleaning fee - (4 night min).  

3. Damage/Security Deposit: $350.00 |  Cleaning Fee: $200.00

4. All Pets Welcome: reasonable fee $150.00 or TBD

Cancellation: Reservation deposit shall be forfeited if cancelled for any reason within 30 days of arrival and spring season within 90 days of arrival.
