"Tranquil Seas Beach House" is a beautiful Gulf View home with a heated private pool and professionally landscaped yard. It offers great views of the water as there is nothing built directly in front of it and just a short 500 feet or 250 steps from the beach. Tranquil has spectacular Sunset views from both inside the home and from its two very large decks. You can listen to the waves while you drink coffee on the decks in the morning, and watch beautiful sunsets from the decks with your cool drink of choice in hand in the evening.

Located within the upscale and very popular SeaGrass community on Cape
San Blas, Tranquil Seas also offers considerably more privacy than
most Gulf View vacation rental homes.

With 3100 sq feet of living space, this home is prefect for large
families or two families vacationing together, yet you will never feel
cramped. It has 2 master bedroom suites, - Master BR 2 is big, Master
BR 1 is absolutely huge; Master BR 1's bathroom is also huge and has a
jetted tub & separate large glass shower.

The Living room, Dining room & and upper master BR all face the gulf
waters and have large windows and glass french doors to enhance the
views from inside the home and provide easy access to both large
decks.

This home has a kitchen that is a gourmet cooks dream! Granite counter
tops, high end Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances complete with
convection oven. Living room, dining room and kitchen have hand
scraped wood floors, entry and baths, showers are tiled and the
bedrooms have some of the softest carpet your feet will every walk on.

If you get tired of lounging in your private pool, SeaGrass also has a
nice Community pool area for those that enjoy meeting others and
socializing while the kids swim and make new friends. And of course,
the beach area at SeaGrass is the same powder white soft sand that all
of the beautiful Cape San Blas beach areas are known for.

Layout:

• Entry level has a Queen with private bath, separate laundry room

• Next level has the kitchen, dinning and living areas that opens onto a huge nicely furnished deck with 2 tables. There is also a Queen bedroom, a 2nd bedroom with a twin/twin bunk & fold out futon. These two rooms share a large jack & jill bath with the living area. 

• Next level is the King master and another bedroom across the hall with twin bunks. The king master has it's own huge private deck.
