Vacation Rental Description

It´s a two-story breath taking views and very spacious house on the 
ocean. If you´re looking for a time of peace and relaxing this is 
the ideal place for a tropical vacation on the ocean. Located 40 
minutes from Mérida, 10 from Progreso and 5 from village of 
Chicxulub.

Many feathery coconut trees. Dinning room table for 6. Large 
terrace around pool and another in the back, perfect to enjoy the 
charcoal grill.

Fully equiped. Stove, fridge and hot water heater. All 
bedrooms with AC. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6.

Uaymitun is the spot with the most beautiful beaches in the area. 
Priceless view at dawn and dusk. The beaches are wide and great for 
walking and seashelling. The are coral reefs a couple meters away 
from the property excellent for snorkelling.

Public transportation that goes by right behind the house every 20 
minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However, 
having a car would be more comfortable. 
The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there 
most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat, 
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.  

1 hour drive from mérida airport and 4 from Cancun.

Seashelling, Kayak, exotic birdwatching.

Beach club where you can do wind and kite surf, sailing and has a 
delicious restaurant.
Fishing and scuba diving can be arranged in Chicxulub with the local 
fishermen.
Mayan ruins.
18 hole golf court near by.

Vacation Rental Rates

September - June $580 USD per week or $1,640 USD per month
December 15 till January 5th $820 usd per week
July - US $5,000 per month
August - US $5,000 per month
Holy and Easter - US$1,400 each week
Safety Deposit: 300 USD
Minimum Rental Period 1 week

The caretakers clean the house once a week, and take care of the 
pool maintenance. They can clean the house and cook for you for a 
minimum additional cost. English spoken by property manager.
