Vacation Rental Description

Situated in Northfield Avenue, West Ealing, this luxury two 
bedroom/two bathroom duplex penthouse is on the second and third 
floors of a modern complex of 30 apartments set in attractive 
landscaped communal gardens to the front and rear.  The Art Deco 
architecture of the area is reflected by the interesting 
horizontally banded window patterns and two-tone brickwork of this 
building.

This apartment is perfectly located for access to all of Londons 
attractions as Northfields underground station is on the doorstep, 
making it just seven stops to Heathrow Airport in one direction and 
seven stops to South Kensington in the other.  Ealing Broadway with 
its many shops and restaurants is just a short walk through the park 
or a five minute bus ride away.  There is an excellent  range of 
shopping in the local area for fresh fruit and vegetables, butchers 
and bakery items. A variety of restaurants, wine bars and pubs can 
be found within easy walking distance.

This apartment, which was completed in October 2001, covers an area 
of over 1,000 square feet over the two floors.  The effect is one of 
light and space, with rich laminate floors, neutral colour schemes 
throughout, maple doors and chrome fittings.

On the ground floor of the apartment are the two very spacious 
bedrooms.  One has twin beds, plus a double sofa-bed and overlooks 
the rear gardens.  The second has a very comfortable new king size bed
and en-suite bathroom 
with bath and power shower attachment.   The apartment can accommodate
up to 6 people comfortably.

Carpeted stairs lead to the upper floor where the patio windows 
flood the sitting room with natural light.  One of the main features 
of this apartment is the private outdoor terrace where outside 
eating can be enjoyed on warm summer days.

The spacious, well designed kitchen is fitted with all the 
appliances you would expect to find in a first class apartment.  
Next to the kitchen is a contemporary style dining room which seats 
six people, so when you are entertaining your guests and preparing 
food in the kitchen you will not miss out on any of the conversation!

The second shower room is located on this floor just off the sitting 
room.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Triple glazing throughout, multi-channel TV, video, DVD/MP3 player, 
radio cassette, CD player, telephone, wireless internet access, 
private terrace with table and chairs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 
washer/dryer, microwave oven, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and 
ironing board.  All  linen and towels are provided.   Secure car 
parking for two cars included in the price. 
There is no elevator.  No pets allowed.
