This home is located in a quiet residental area it has 3 bedrooms 2
full baths with a 2 car garage with a work shop. The pool is heated
and screened in with a lanai. The home is completely furnished, and
sheets and towels are provided.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with TV, a walk- in closet and
master bath door leads out into the pool area.
The second bedroom has a double bed with a TV, and the third bedroom
has 2 twin beds. Bathroom is in between both bedrooms. Open kitchen
with cathedral ceiling with a breakfast nook with table
and 4 chairs. Large pantry, Microwave above the stove, coffee maker,
toster oven, blender, dishwasher and many cabinets with dishes,
glasses,bakeware, and cookware. The fridge has water and ice on
door.
The living room has 2 recliners, and couch
with coffee table, end tables with lamps, and TV with
comcast cable and a large window looking out to the street.
The living room flows off the kitchen, all open which makes it open
and very spacious.

Very quiet area close to Rt 41 with many restaurants, hospitals and
shopping malls.
One mile from park with a boat ramp, and 3 miles to Port
Charlotte Park and beach.
Lanai has table with 4 chairs,and a frig and gas grill. Pool area has
2 lounge chairs. Pool is heated.

boating, beaches,golfing, great deep sea fishing. 2 1/2 hours to
Disney World. 50 minutes to Fort Myers Airport, 15 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport (Skybus
Airways). 25 minutes to Englewood beach and 55 minutes to Siesta Beach in Sarasota
