Vacation Rental Description

Homosassa is located on the Gulf of Mexico in the sunny state of FL.
We are offering an awesome Spring Special! For the month of March and April rent this Beautiful home
For $2900/mo. And if you rent it for both months take an add'l $400 off. Our rental home is brand 
new. 
It has all the modern conveniences you
need to enjoy a relaxing and carefree vacation. The furniture is
modern and comfortable.
Boat slips are available if you wish to bring your boat. Rental boats
are available also.  Have a leisurely cruise up the river and mingle
with the manatee or take in the sights of monkey Island and other
wildlife. Swimming is a must and treking to the Gulf is also. Be sure
and get acquainted with the locals at area restaurants along the
river. Go home and relax in front of the flat screen t.v. or on the
two porches with the chaise loungers.

2008 Fall Special.Sept 8 to Dec 1, 20% off rent,
Call Now To Reserve! Weekly and Monthly rates only. Weekend rates will be considered on a
case to case basis. @ $250 per night. 
One week rate....$1400Two week rate....$2000(May-Dec.) $2000 (Jan.-
April)

May  thru December $3000 per month.
Jan. thru April $3500 per month.
Deposit and half of rent due at booking. Deposit $250 - $500
Cleaning charge of $50 - $100 applies. Sales tax may also apply.
Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am
Copy of Drivers license, Mortgage billing or property tax bill stmt. for reference.
