Four bedroom, two bathroom, fully furnished 1800 square foot house. Sleeps 10. Full kitchen,
dining table for twelve, living room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and detached three car
parking garage. Large fenced front and side yards. Each bedroom is large enough to accomadate one
or two portable cribs.

This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is permitted on the front porch or in the front and side yards.

Located near the intersection of Kapahulu Avenue and Ala Wai Boulevard.

Beach and bath towels provided for ten people. Dining place settings for twelve people.
Cocktail and wine glasses for twelve people. 24-bottle wine refrigerator.  Five beds in four bedrooms.  Three queen size beds and two full size beds.  Laundy room with washer and dryer.

One block to Honolulu zoo. Three blocks to Waikiki beach. Three
blocks to Kapiolani park. Two blocks to Waikiki hotels. Two blocks
to local's restaurant row. Across the street from Ala Wai public
golf course. Across the street from Waikiki Library. Two blocks to
Paki park for children. Five blocks to San Sousi beach for children.
Five blocks to Waikiki Aquarium. Five blocks to Kapiolani public tennis courts.
Six blocks to Diamond Head public tennis courts. Seven blocks to Diamond
Head public archery range. Seven blocks to grocery store. One and a half miles to Convention Center.  Two miles to Ala Moana shopping center.

$3950 per week. Minimum rate is one week. Extra nights welcomed. $550 per additional night. The rate for less than seven nights is the one week rate.
Christmas/New Year season 12/15 - 1/15, $4950 per week. $700 per additional night.  Rates include all taxes and fees.

100% of rent due upon approval of signed rental agreement.
