Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for a serene beachside location with the
convenience of a bustling town 
nearby then our Noble Apartment "Hermosa" couldn't be a better choice.
Check out our 
other properties to see the attention to detail that we lavish on our
homes - on our 
website, Noble Apartments.
Along with 25 other bungalows, it shares a central swimming pool and
tiki hut bar with 
loungers and sits by the ocean at one of Costa Rica's most famous
surfing beaches. 
"Hermosa" is set in a fenced property, Hermosa Bungalows, that is
staffed 24 hours every 
day. We have also added an Internet Connection. If you bring your
laptop and join SKYPE 
(along with your friends and family) you can make FREE calls while
gazing out at the 
ocean.

Stylishly and simply decorated, Hermosa's 2 bright bedrooms have
French windows 
that lead onto a wide back balcony  -  perfect for star-gazing or
bird-watching. The 
sleeping arrangements are flexible and allows as much space as is
available if there are 
only 2 guests   -  but  can extend to sleep 6 with the help of the
sectional sofa in the 
livingroom. The master bedroom has a memory foam mattress topper. The
second 
bedroom is designed for space  -  with stacking beds that can sleep
one  -  or extend to 
two twins or a king. We have 2 blow-up mattresses too. There is a
lockbox in the 
bedroom.
Many interesting and carefully chosen pictures line the walls and we have 
created a real home from home.
The kitchen has everything you need with a Guanacaste breakfast bar  -
 which is also 
used as a serving hatch for outdoor dining on the veranda. 
There's also an additional small drop-leaf table inside that seats 4.
All the furniture is handmade to our designs by local craftsmen. 

From the front veranda there are ocean  and wilderness views and it's
quiet at any time of 
the day except for the birdsong. Equally, from our quiet corner, you
can enjoy the 50 CDs 
as loud as you like! No pool noise or dusty passing cars at Bungalow #25.
If you need entertainment besides the wildlife, there's cable TV and
over 50 Cds
to enjoy.There are binoculars in the bungalow if you want to marvel at
twice as
many stars as are already visible! We also have a telescope, 20
DVDs,books and 
games.There's colorful birds and butterflies and a
visiting fisherman who comes to Hermosa Bungalows with fresh tuna at
amazingly low prices. 
A stay at Hermosa is a holiday that offers everything you
could expect from a lush, tropical hideaway -  and at a reasonable rate.
There is a lock box in the bedroom.
A 24-hour management company is on call in case you encounter any
problems and the home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning,
pest control, 
landscaping, and pool services.There is also a night security guard.

From Hermosa Beach it's just an 8 minute drive into the town of Jaco
which has many shops and every kind of restaurant you might desire. A
15 minute drive
takes you to swanky Los Suenos with it's hotel, casino and famous
yachting harbor.
Back home, wander one way along the beach at sunset to small hotels and 
restaurants. In the other direction, the miles of virtually unspoiled
beach lead to a turtle 
rescue sanctuary at the far end with just a few scattered surfers to
wave at. 
The ocean at your doorstep is of Surf Competition standard and the
sand is dark and soft. 
Take day trips to waterfalls, botanical gardens, rain forest
adventures and volcanoes. 
Come home to hot showers, A/C and some of the most beautiful sunsets
you'll ever see.

We are flexible with our days of rental ie not Sat - Sat

We will require a deposit to secure the booking
We accept PayPal, Check or Cheque, or Cash; US Dollars or Pounds Sterling.

A returnable deposit will be collected on arrival $100-$200 The amount
will depend on the length of stay and number of guests in your party,
You will be sent a contract to secure your booking.

A 5% resort tax will be added
