Nightly Rental rate is $175.00 with a 2 night min. stay.
  


$500.00 Security Deposit-upon making reservation. 
(Security Deposit is refundable except $100 kept for cleaning). A 50% payment due 60 days prior to 
stay and final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Weekly cleaning available.
