everything you have ever dreamed about in a beach vacation destination overlooking Florida's most 
beautiful beach as well as direct frontage on LaFitte's Cove right in the backyard!

This Beach House is simply the finest rental property in Pensacola Beach that features over 1,500 ft 
of decks and balconies where one can enjoy watching magnificent sunsets that come alive with 
dolphins and pelicans sharing the gorgeous seascape. Our home is located on Ft Pickens Road and is a 
stunning bike ride away from the historic fort to the west and just minutes away from the heart of 
Pensacola Beach.

Dock your boat to our landing and enjoy offshore and bay fishing,skiing,and exploring our gorgeous 
shorelines. The pass to the gulf is only 20 minutes away by boat. The beach directly in front of our 
home is a very large protected sea oat and sand dune preserve that offers unique and expansive views 
that features the famous sugar white sands and the most gorgeous emerald green waters in all of 
Florida.

We have three stories,three bedrooms,two and half baths, and sleeps 10.The master suite has a 
private balcony overlooking the gulf,a king size bed, and a luxurious Jucuzzi tub. The guest rooms 
have private entrances to an oversized balcony overlooking the cove and Pensacola Sound. One bedroom 
has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.The third story is a large 1200 ft living area with 
perhaps the best views you will ever see of the gulf and the sound and has large balconies that 
offer amazing perspective of this paradise. 

Our designer home has all new furniture with TVs and DVDs upstairs as well as in all the bedrooms.We 
are located on a private road in a multi million dollar neighborhood.

Your expectations will be exceeded from the moment you arrive and you will never want to leave this 
amazing beach setting on the Emerald Coast!
