The master bedroom w/king size bed has walk-in closet, private entry
to the deck as well as a full bath w/Jacuzzi. On the second level
there is one full bath and 2 bedrooms - one w/vaulted ceiling - both
w/2 full beds.
Spacious contemporary kitchen is opened to a sunroom with dining area
roomy enough to seat 10. Enjoy the all glass vaulted sunroom with
separate entry to the wrap around 850 sq. ft deck. The kitchen has
eat-in bar area, all the latest appliances, a lot of counter space.
The living room is large with a fieldstone gas fireplace, large sofa,
ottoman, recliner and TV/CD/DVD. The family room has sofa and armchairs.

If relaxation is what you are looking for, you will enjoy the
peace and privacy found here. After a day of adventure, unwind in a
warm Jacuzzi and sit by a comfortable and inviting fireplace. The
location and convenience of this home are an ideal setting for a
family vacation. You will never want to go home!

Great room has a gas fireplace, Cable TV, CD and DVD player with collection of movies. High speed internet - Wireless.
Kitchen fully equipped with full size Refrigerator/Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven and service for 10.
Large cedar deck has char grill, outdoor furniture including a dining
table and confortable chairs plus Adirondack chairs for kicking back and
relaxing. The house has central air conditioning, ceiling fans,
washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron as well as vacuum and cleaning supplies if needed. Additional beds for kids if needed.

Quaint shops in the village with fabulous restaurants, sightseeing and
dinner cruises, boat rentals, para-sailing, miniature golf, Great
Escape Theme Park, Waterslide World and hot-air ballooning. Adirondack
Craft centers, numerous Lakes for boating (Lake Champlain, Mirror
Lake, Lake Placid and the Saranac Lakes), Outlets near Lake George,
Cinema, white water rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fly fishing, dog
sledding, and many other amenities.

The quaint Saratoga town is only � hr away with flat and harness
race tracks, shopping, restaurants, and Saratoga Performing Arts
Center (NYC Ballet, Philharmonic Orchestra, and concerts). Olympic
attractions at Lake Placid village are only 1 1/2 hrs. away with
skiing the Whiteface and a ride in the bobsled. Numerous hiking and
mountain biking trails in area including Gore Mountain 35 minutes away
with a breathtaking gondola ride!

Spring,Autumn /May,June,Sept,Oct./-rate is Sat.-Sat.$2,100/wk.                                                      Winter /Nov. till May/-Rate is $1,800/wk;Xmas & New Year week rate is $2700/wk

$700 security deposit to secure week
$75 per pet fee
cleaning fee - cleaning crew is charging on average $120 and more if
                    the house is left messy                                                                                                   

Monthly rental for the Saratoga track season can be discussed and
negotiated with the owners.
