This premium property is located in a prestigious neighborhood, has
one of the best wide water views in Florida from virtually every room
and is a five minute drive to the beach (see picture below).
The property has its own screened private lanai, a 12 by 24 foot
heated pool, a private 720 square foot dock with 28 foot boat slip and
water access to the superb inland waterways in the Marco Island-Naples
area.
You can fish off the dock, see dolphins dive in the waterway and rent
a boat to tie up at the dock. The property is beautifully decorated to
a high standard, fully equipped and air conditioned with cathedral
ceilings throughout, three bedrooms (king, queen and two twin beds),
two full bathrooms and a half bathroom.
There is a large master bedroom suite with a 32 inch LCD TV and a large
private double bath, shower and Jacuzzi. The family room has a new Samsung
32 inch TV connected with sound through a Bose 3-2-1 Sound System with cable TV,
AM/FM radio, CD and DVD player. The home is equipped with fax, high speed cable
internet access,a third wall mounted LCD TV in the front guest bedroom and
3 new TREK and 2 Schwinn 21-speed bikes plus stunning new lanai tables and chairs.

While on Marco Island:
This 4 by 6 mile island is famous for its 3 miles of powdery pink
sand beaches and has all of the restaurants, water sports and
shopping you will need on the island itself. The Island has kept its
tropical roots, old Marco resembling Key West. You will find a
pristine, upmarket community with no billboards or fast food signs.
Superb fresh seafood is available locally, as are cycling paths,
nature walks and tours, and water sports, including fishing,
shelling, kayaking, parasailing, rental cruise boats, swamp boats
and day and night chartered catamaran cruises.
Life on the Island:
Is like living in a nature preserve, with pelicans fishing off the
dock, ospreys nesting atop buoys, dolphins in the waterways and the
beach is home to abundant sea life and birds. The year around
average temperature is 77 degrees (25� celcius), rarely exceeding 87
degrees (30� celcius) even in the summer and cooled by ocean breezes.
There are 2 or 3 marinas on the island where you can rent boats for
fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to
Naples or to picnic on Gulf beaches. Local tennis facilities are
available and the Naples area has some of the best public golf
courses in the United States.
