Designer owner has put her special touch on a nice and quiet 2 
bedroom, 2 bath home located within 5 blocks of 2 beaches(Carmel 
River Beach and Carmel Beach). In the cool, Carmel evening, light up 
the fireplace and enjoy snuggling up with your favorite novel or 
view one of your favorite movies from our movie collection. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, phone, cable t.v., VCR player, DVD including some of your 
favorite movies. WiFi computer connection. Master bedroom with master 
bath. Full kitchen, cooking utensils, and microwave. All linens for 
beds and bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Off street parking.

Activities and Attractions

It's a level walk to the Carmel River Beach and to the white sand 
Carmel Beach. Dine at the famous former mayor's "Mission Ranch" just 
3 blocks away. Minutes away, see a live performance at the 
renovated Sunset Center or Golden Bough Theatre.  Visit the 
galleries, shops and restaurants in "Carmel By The Sea". Drive 
through the DelMonte Forest or south on highway 1 to Big Sur. Golf 
at one of the many courses on the Monterey Peninsula.

Vacation Rental Rates

September through June $1700 week or $5,000 mos.
July and August $2000 week or $6500 mos.   
Higher rates may apply for Holidays and Special events weeks.
End of term cleaning fee.
