Refundable security deposit is required within five days to confirm
the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival,
payable in US funds.

No pets. No smoking.

Cancellation Policy: $100 fee for cancellation 60 days or more prior
to arrival. If reservation is cancelled between 60 days and 31 days
prior to scheduled arrival, a cancellation charge of 50% of the
Security/Reservation Deposit will be assessed. If cancellation is 30
days or less, all monies will be forfeited.
