Vacation Rental Description

This garden home is on the 2nd story in a 2-story building (no  
neighbor above!) with vaulted ceilings, providing more quiet and  
privacy.  Two bedroom/bath plus DEN, provides that extra living  
space to make you feel comfortable.  Private GARAGE. Beautiful 
furnishings will make you feel immediately at home.   
 
Fully stocked kitchen equipped with all new appliances.  Roomy 
breakfast area includes table with 4 chairs, and is great for  
reading the morning paper with a cup of coffee.  Kitchen opens up to  
living room and the lanai.  The washer/dryer closet is located off  
the breakfast area. 
 
Master bedroom has a king size bed, bureau, 2 nightstands and  
armoir.  The armoir contains a TV and VCR.  Leads to his/hers walk  
in closets and a private master bath with his/her sinks.   
 
Living room furnished with comfortable sofa (great for afternoon  
naps), love seat, and chair.  An armoire contains a TV and disc  
player.  Near the den is a built in bar.   
 
The Dining area adjoins the Living Room and the Kitchen, and comes  
furnished with a lovely glass-top dining table and 6 chairs. 
 
The lanai has one of the best views you'll find.  It overlooks a  
quiet lake and the 17th fairway of the Sabal course.  Beyond is the  
beautiful cypress preserve.  You will enjoy your time on the lanai  
without the noise of traffic or unsightly buildings.  The lanai is  
furnished with 2 cushioned lounge chairs and a table  
and 4 chairs. 
 
The guest room is situated across from the kitchen and is furnished  
with two twin beds, night stand, dresser with mirror, and closet.   
 
The den includes a comfortable queen size fold out sofa, and a desk  
and chair.  Mirrored cabinet includes stereo and  
CD player.   
 
All televisions are hooked to cable.  Phones are provided in the den  
and master bedroom. 
 
This unit includes full golf membership (with one time transfer fee)  
and provides unlimited access to the clubhouse, tennis, pool,  
fitness center, computer room, restaurants, etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tenants may enjoy golf at the 2 lovely Heritage Palms courses and  
some 70 surrounding golf courses.  Ideal for golfers and non- 
golfers alike.
