Vacation Rental Description

This spacious Cedar Rancher is located on a half acre wooded lot in  
beautiful Big Bass Lake, a Private community located in Gouldsboro, 
Pa. This beautiful home is nicely decorated with a rustic mountain 
motif and  furnished with all the amenities of home. Enjoy family 
meals in the dinning area or have a barbecue on the large outdoor 
deck. The deck provides ample space to barbeque, and/or just rest and 
relax and watch the wildlife come right up to say hello.  The kitchen 
area is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, 
refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and breakfast 
bar. The living room, is comfortable with a sofa (with a full bed), 
love seat, chair, cable TV, VCR, and a radio/CD player. Relax in the 
spacious living room and on cold nights, snuggle up in front of the 
stone fireplace for that unforgettable evening. Each bedroom has a 
full closet, blankets, pillows, and dressers. Each closet in the 
bedroom has extra blankets and pillows (bring pillowcases,sheets, and 
towels). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two 
bedrooms have full size beds. The bathrooms have tub and shower, 
vanities and are clean and well maintained. Big Bass Lake community 
has both winter and summer activities, an indoor and outdoor pool, 
picnic area, playground, hiking trails, as well as three lakes, one 
of which is 2 blocks from our home.  There are also plenty of 
activities nearby for both single people and families.

Short distance from home to a 100 acre fully stocked lake with a 
beautiful beach, two other lakes and sparkling trout stream.
Access To Big Bass Community Activities,(with guest passes purchased 
thru the Association) which include indoor/outdoor pool, ice skating, 
skiing, sledding, basket ball, tennis, hiking, boating, fishing, game 
nights and social gatherings.

Activities and Attractions

Fish on any of the three large private lakes brimming with large 
mouth bass, wide clean sand beaches with protected swim areas and 
waters for canoeing and sailing. In the winter enjoy ice fishing and 
skating. Big Bass has two big recreation centers for vacationing all 
year round. One has a beautiful indoor pool, coffee shop and snack 
bar, an expansive view of the private ski slope and "T" bar, sauna, 
game room including billards table and ski shop. The other recreation 
center adjoins the large heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts 
and basketball court and contains the tennis pro shop, locker rooms, 
game rooms and facilities for major adult social functions.
A Welcome Book packed with area brochures of activities and local 
resturants is kept in the kitchen area for your use.
Short driving distance to:
Gouldsboro State Park where you can enjoy Hiking, Camping, hunting 
and fishing.
Scranton Area where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping and 
sightseeing.
Short distance to many popular ski resorts such as; Montage, 
Camelback, Big Boulder, Jack Frost. Discount tickets available 
through the Big Bass ski shop.

$200.00 Security Deposit required for all rentals refunded upon
