Relaxing home right on the beach

I loved Casa Vortex. The home is located above a lovely, quiet cafe. The owner was so helpful and made our stay so comfortable and easy. The home is right on the beach and in walking distance to everything. The setting was very romantic but could also be a great place for families or a small group as there are several beds. We really enjoyed our time in Yelapa. We met great people and felt very safe. Would highly recommend!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

What a great place to lose track of the days!

Having never been to Yelapa I had no idea what to expect in the village or at Casa Vortex - Both turned out to be great! The place - Fabulous views, comfortable bed, a hammock that can't be beat, great shower, and a location close to the beach and the village. Yelapa is a wonderful place with friendly and fair locals, neurotic and amusing ex-pats, and enough good restaurants to eat someplace different every day of the week. I didn't want a time share in the city, was looking for something a little more bohemian, but comfortable, and this was exactly the right place. Thanks Allison and Joaquin for everything!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, sight seeing, romantic getaway
