Enjoy direct ocean access in this nicely furnished duplex, 1 bedroom, 1 bath each unit, located directly on canal in Vaca Cut area of Marathon. You will enjoy your stay on our well kept property with lots of room for boat trailer parking on our extra lot. We are located only 3 canals from Vaca Cut so easy bayside access as well.

Our rentals are completely furnished with everything you need for a great stay including full kitchen, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin day bed upstairs, all linens, cable TV and DVD,
central air conditioning, washer/dryer, gas BBQ grill with patio set up and down. Enjoy the awesome ocean view from the large upper deck. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. About 1 mile from public boat ramp with quick access to property via Vaca Cut for smaller boats and about 2 miles to Marathon's Public Ramp for larger boats.
