Vacation Rental Description

This lovely ranch style home is situated on a private, dead end 
street within walking distance to a one of Chatham's most popular, 
public, Nantucket sound beaches.  There is a fireplaced living room, 
a dining room and a fully equipped working kitchen.  There are three 
bedrooms, two full baths and a laundry room.  There is a large deck 
with sliders from the dining room and master bedroom, overlooking a 
beautifully landscaped back yard with a Weber grill and a full 
complement of patio/deck furniture.  The master bedroom has a queen 
size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom 
has two twin beds and a queen size pull out sofa bed. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home is very attractively furnished for housekeeping and it 
includes 5 cable TV's , VCR & DVD players, telephones with unlimited 
local service and heat.  The kitchen is extremely well stocked with 
every conceivable appliance and gadget, including lobster pots, 
pans, dishes, platters, glassware, etc. There is a full size washer 
and dryer.  Tenants are responsible for their own linens and towels. 
Please no pets.

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful Cockle Cove Beach is just a short walk to the end of the 
street (about 1/2 mile).  Chatham Bike Path within walking 
distance.  Private and safe dead-end street.

Vacation Rental Rates

This four season home is available for weekly summer rentals from 
the last Saturday of June through the first Saturday of September 
each year.  Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 
am.  

June 28, 2008 through August 30, 2008:  $1900 per week

The weekly rental fee includes utilities such as gas, electric, 
rubbish removal and local telephone charges. An additional damage 
deposit of $100.00 (fully refundable) and a $100.00 cleaning charge 
(non refundable)will apply per rental period.
