Vacation Rental Description

This newer non smoking 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is very comfortable  
and well furnished.  A new family room addition, adding an additional  
360 sq. ft.was just completed with a beautiful fireplace.You will  
find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Slate floors,  
2 gas fireplaces,laundry room and an outdoor hot tub (during the  
winter months) provides awesome views of Deer Valley, Park City, The  
Canyons and the Tipanogas. The family room and living room offer  
options for a large family with pull out sofas.  2 car garage for  
cars, skiis and storage. Sleeping arrangements: all bedrooms are on  
the second floor.  2 rooms with a full bed each, 3rd bedroom is a  
queen bed and the Master has a queen bed, with a private bath that  
has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower stall, toilet, and sink. Another  
full bath is on the 2nd floor and a powder room on the 1st floor.  
Park City is only 12 miles away via an interstate highway.  
Snowmobiling on State Road 150 is minutes away (Mirror Lake access)as  
is Thousand Peaks and the Provo River for awesome fly-fishing.

Activities and Attractions

The winter season offers great skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and  
more. Kamas Recreation Center is within walking distance and offers  
fun and fitness for the entire family, including pools. The summer  
season offers hiking,fly-fishing, biking and golfing. Year round  
shopping is nearby including The Factory Outlet stores, Park City's  
famous Main Street and The Redstone retail center.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1500-$2500/week. Rates vary based on the season. 50% deposit  
required to reserve property with remainder due 4 weeks before  
occupancy. Cleaning fee $240 not included in mentioned rate.  
Cancellation policy:  deposits refunded if property is re-rented for  
the same rate and number of days as booked. Security Deposit: $500  
due at booking. Januray, February, March and April are considered  
prime time. Located 12 miles from Park City in Kamas you will find  
the rates less expensive than in the heart of Park City, but a home  
that has plenty to offer. Rates are subject to a 9.1% combined state  
sales and transient tax.
