Our condo is 1,050 sq ft. with two queen beds and a leather sofa bed.
Enjoy the heated swimming pool on sight or walk to North or South
Beach. Our Condo has a fireplace and glass sliding doors in the
living room that leads out to a private 2nd floor balcony. Sit and
relax, read, or just watch the boats go by! Our Condo is newly and
tastefully decorated with all new quality furnishings.

We offer all of the amenities of home! Completely furnished with
all new furniture and appliances, gas w/electric start fireplace,
leather sofa bed, premium digital cable, large 42in TV with video
ports, VCR/DVD/stereo, Washer/Dryer, AC, heated swimming pool and
heated garage w/opener. Please bring your cell phone & Lap tops -
no phone or computer hook ups. The kitchen is fully equipped
with all major appliances(stove, refrigerator, microwave,
dishwasher) as well as small appliances (blender, coffee maker, toaster). It is
also stocked with silverware, dishes, cookware and utensils. We also
stock everything from paper products to dish soap.
The bathrooms are stocked with towels and washcloths as well as limited
paper products and soap. We do ask that you provide your own beach
towels. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and include new
linens, pillows, blankets and comforters.
Other General amenities include: iron and ironing board, hairdryer,
and stereo.

The activities in South Haven are endless! South Haven has
activities for all four seasons. The property is a short walk to
beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, next to a variety of shops &
restaurants, and is located in the center of all the action in
downtown South Haven.
There are 3 golf courses located just out side of town and the
famous Kal Haven trail and Kids Corner are just minutes away. South
Haven is known for it's art fairs and outdoor concerts all summer
long, 4th of July festival and Blueberry festival.

Deposit of half weekly rental to hold reservation. Balance due 30
days before occupying property.
Michigan Use Tax 8% must be added to all rents collected.
$250 Security Deposit required, returned within 7 days.
