Daily: 175.00  Security Dep: 250.00 (min 2 days)
Weekly: 850.00 Security Dep: 500.00
Monthly: 1,700.00 Security Dep: 1,000.00

April - September:

Daily: 225.00 - 300.00 Security Dep 250.00 (min 2 day)
Weekly: 850.00 - 1,000.00 Security Dep 500.00
Monthly: 1,700.00 Security Dep: 1,000.00

Misc Charges: Non Refundable
Pet Fee: 100.00
Cleaning Fee 125.00

** Memorial weekend, Labor Day weekend, 4th of July weekend all require a minimum of 3 nights stay

50% of total stay is due upon reservation and balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival 
date. 

Cancellation Policy:
1. ALL CANCELLATIONS must be in writing and cancellation fees do apply.
2. One time cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged on any and all cancellations.
3. Deposit will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days notice is given and received
4. Rent and taxes will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days notice is given and received
