This newly built, professionally decorated, upstairs, 2BD/2BA unit is
in the Via Trieste section of Vasari Country Club. Beautiful south
view from the lanai overlooks the lakes and 11th fairway of the
Gordon G. Lewis designed course. Spacious master bedroom and bath
with excellent floor plan makes this the ideal retreat. Seating for 4
in the breakfast nook and 6 in the dining room. Sleeps 4-6. Stunning
floor to ceiling mirror and columns in the dining room gives this
unit a true "villa" feel. Additional features of the community are
the new clubhouse with dining and beverage service, fitness center,
social events, locker rooms and pro shop. Lighted tennis courts, an
aqua range and lap pool are also available. The swimming pool and
Jacuzzi are a short walk from the condo.
Golf Information :
$424 (Vasari CC fee, 2006, no upcharge) will transfer the club
membership for two for the duration of your stay. Play as much golf
as you like for cart
fees only. The membership also gives you access to the clubhouse,
tennis courts, fitness center, etc. You will also have reciprocal
golf privileges at many area courses from May-October.
This is our only rental property and we also enjoy it. It has been
furnished it with our own needs as well as yours in mind.

You will find everything you need for convenient everyday living in
cluding supermarkets, places to shop, dine, play or relax. In nearby
Old Naples there are upscale shops, fine dining, and galleries. Many
cultural activities are located in this area, as well as many evening
destinations. After a day of golf or the beach enjoy a beautiful
sunset on the lanai, dinner at great restaurant, and the theater.
Please come, and we hope you can enjoy this property as much as we
do. 10 minutes from the beaches, 20 minutes to Ft Myers and 15
minutes to the airport.
