book shelves with TV (digital cable), DVD, VCR and stereo. The
dining room seats 8, plus there is counter-top dining in the kitchen
for 3 more. All appliances (Side-by-side refrigerator, compactor,
dishwasher and oven) are new, as is the heater/A/C. The deck off the
dining room offers unbelievable views of the AC skyline and water
sports on the lagoon.
