Vacation Rental Rates

September and October special  $1100/mo 
 
November - April - $2500/mo 
 
May - October $1500/mo 
 
Weekly rental may be considered. Call to discuss.   
 
50% due at time of reservation, non-refundable.  Balance due 30 days  
prior to check in.  If it's short notice, balance due in full at  
time of reservation, 50% non-refundable.  Reservations are subject  
to cancellation if payment is not received by the due date.  There  
are no refunds for early departure. 
 
$100 cleaning fee, non-refundable. 
 
$250 security deposit, fully refundable, if all condo items are left  
intact and in good condition for our next guests. 
 
$200 pet security deposit, fully refundable, if no damage or unusual  
clean up is necessary.  Any clean up needed will be subtracted from  
the pet security deposit, then security deposit, if necessary. 
 
Smoking is not permitted.  Any clean up necessary due to smoking  
will forfeit the security deposit.  Non-smokers only. 
 
A $100 replacement cost will be charged for lost gate sensor.
