balcony. The second bedroom has two queen size beds,a connecting full
bath as well as it's own balcony with views of Pinnicle Peak
Mountain. Unit also has a pull out couch and wireless high speed
internet. There is a community pool and jaccuzzi nearby.
Activities and Attractions
This North Scottsdale loction is in the heart of golf country with
numerous courses within a few minutes. The Desert Ridge
shopping destination is just off the nearby 101 freeway. Fine dining
can be found at the Four Seasons,DC Ranch or at Kierland Commons'
many gourmet resturants.

One month rentals:November-April $3750,October & May $3250,All Others
$3000 Please inquire about our discount offered to multiple month
renters. Additionally a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150,as well
as a refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
