Vacation Rental Description

  "Flip Flops" is a traditional beach cottage located in the beachside community of Carillon Beach,  
Florida. Carillon Beach is a peaceful, family oriented community located on the Gulf Coast, just  
beyond the east end of 30-A. Carillon is a gated community of single family homes that offers the  
private retreat that you want for your family. Ammenities include three neighborhood pools,  
including one that is oceanfront; two tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground area, and  
plenty of areas to bike and walk. Located also on the shores of Lake Powell, Carillon offers a dock  
area for fishing. Downtown Carillon, which has been designed to resemble the French Quarter, has a  
coffee shop, restaurants and shops. 
  "Flip Flops" is located just a block off the beach, with only a 100 yards walk between you and the  
sandy white beach of the Gulf Coast. For your convenience, there will be four beach chairs with  
cushions and umbrellas set up on the beach daily during your stay.  
  Our brighly colored, beautifully decorated beach house is a two story, 2000 square foot home with  
three bedrooms and three full baths. Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed into a large  
family living area, complete with gas fireplace; which opens up to a 30 foot long screeened in  
porch. The porch offers a seating and dining area where you can enjoy reading a good book or sharing  
a family meal. The charming well stocked kitchen opens to the living/dining area and features a  
JennAir downdraft oven, ice maker and dishwasher. Rounding out the first floor is a delightful  
naughtical themed bedroom which opens up to the screened in porch. It has a queen size bed and a  
full bathroom which it shares with the downstairs living area. 
  On the second floor you will find the cozy master bedroom, with a private master bathroom complete  
with a double shower. Off the master bedroom is a private deck where you can sit and enjoy a cup of  
coffee in the morning or watch the stars at night. Also on the second floor is the third bedroom and  
bathroom. It is beautifully furnished with two trundle beds and will comfortably sleep four people.  
This bedroom has its own private screened in porch where you can sit and play a game or enjoy a  
quiet moment even on a rainy day. 
  From the whimsical beach theme throughout this comfortable, family oriented home to the many decks  
and porches which always connect you to the blue skies and sunshine of the Gulf Coast...this beach  
cottage will help you "flip flop" from the hectic pace of the real world to the relaxing life of  
Carillon Beach!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Early Spring Rates(March 1-22, May 3-17, 2008) $1400/week 
Spring Break Rates(March 23-May 2, 2008) $2000/week 
Summer Rates(Memorial Day weekend- Labor Day Weekend) $2400/week 
Fall Rates(Sept.6- November 22, 2008) $1400/week 
Winter Holiday Rates (Nov.22-Nov.29,2008 and Dec.20-Jan.3,2008/2009) $1600/week 
Winter Rates(Nov.29-Dec. 20,2008 - Jan.3-Feb.28, 2009) $1000/week 
 
Add 9.5% Sales Tax and $150 cleaning fee to all rates.  
$500 Security Deposit Required. 
No Smoking and No Pets or Security Deposit will not be returned. 
We reserve the right to rent only to guests over 25 and their family and friends.
