WaterColors is the ultimate beach house, designed for renters who want the very best! The 3300 square foot, 5 bedroom home sits on a high dune overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in South Ponte Vedra Beach, between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Built on two levels, with the main living areas on the second floor, the panoramic ocean views are outstanding from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and two master suites. We are directly on the ocean!

Decorated with exquisite taste, the upper level provides a wonderful seaside ambiance with its soothing hues of ocean blue, sand, taupe, and punches of sea-glass green! The living room, dining room, eat - in kitchen and wet bar are all completely open to each other and to the huge deck, beach, and ocean beyond. Outfitted with large, comfortable sofas and chairs, the living room is huge; it contains a tall bar/game table, entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR, wet bar, and an elevator to the lower levels. Walls of glass and several large sliding doors provide fantastic ocean views from every angle!

For formal dining, WaterColors offers a wonderful open, but separate, dining area that is outfitted with a large oval glass topped table, eight top quality leather chairs, sideboard with lots of storage and serving space, and a delightful window seat. Adjacent to the dining area is the wet bar.

The eat in kitchen is separated from the living room only by a 12 foot by 4 foot granite counter. Completely remodeled in Jan-Feb 2008, the kitchen has brand new cabinets, fantastic granite counters, stainless appliances, gas cook top, storage galore, unbelievable views and direct access to the deck and ocean beyond. A cozy breakfast nook offers a wonderful spot for morning coffee and a wall mounted TV lets you watch the morning news and the ocean at the same time!

The master suite is a destination in itself. The focal point of the suite is the king size four poster plantation bed, attired with top quality linens, silk comforters, and heaped with down pillows. The room also contains a lovely entertainment center with television and DVD player, a complete computer center with high speed Internet, (plus a wireless connection) and a cozy reading corner. The room opens onto a covered portion of the deck and views of the ocean beyond. The adjoining master bath contains a whirlpool tub, separate shower, double vanity, water closet, and loads of storage!

The other master suite, located on the opposite end of the house, is a little smaller but no less lovely and comfortable. The centerpiece is the stunning silver toned king size bed, large entertainment armoire with television and DVD player, charming window seat, and direct access to the deck and ocean through sliding glass doors. Adjacent to this room is another bath, which operates as
a private bath for the bedroom occupants, but can do additional duty as a powder room for guests and as a "beach bath" due to its direct access to the deck.

The ocean front deck is huge and filled with furniture for dining, chatting, and snoozing. The deck runs the full length of the house and around both sides, offering both master suites private access and ocean views. A portion of the deck is expanded to 30 feet by 16 feet, providing a wide space for lounging and entertaining. A short private dune walkover leads from the deck to the beach;
at the end of the walkover is a wonderful sitting area with a built in bench, table, and room for
several patio chairs.

Either the wide staircase or the two-person elevator quickly guides guests to the lower level, where
the emphasis is on fun and games! The centerpiece of this area is the game room, with its
full size pool table, sitting area with sofas, chairs, and entertainment armoire with a television
and DVD/VCR players. Off the game room is a covered deck, providing a shady spot for reading or
snoozing in one of the four colorful Adirondack chairs. Stairs from the covered porch lead up to the
dune walkover, providing easy access to the beach.

The lower level houses three additional bedrooms, a full bath, laundry with two sets of extra
capacity front loading LG appliances, and access to the garage. The lime green room contains a
queen bed, the true blue room has two twins, and the aqua surfer bunk room has a three level bunk
bed. All bedrooms have televisions, and either VCRs or DVD players, and the kid-friendly bunk room
also has a Play Station II!

The house has parking for four cars in the garage and outside spaces. We provide a gas grill, lots of
beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys for kids, boogie boards, and books, games,
and puzzles for adults and children alike.

Finally, for our guests who want to have pool access, we offer an optional membership to the nearby
Serenata Beach Club, a private facility with three huge pools, including one just for kids, great
dining areas, rentals of kayacks and the like, work out facility, structured activities for children,
and much much more.

$200 - $250 cleaning fee. Pay $250 and just walk out the door, or save $50 by doing some basic chores (wash and dry one full laundry load; leave the kitchen clean; empty refrigerator of your opened food, leave the grill clean, put furniture back where you found it.
