Vacation Rental Description

Two adjoining privately owned and managed condos located right on 
the banks of the beautiful, spring-fed Comal River and only a short 
walk to New Braunfels' Historic Downtown Area. Recently renovated for 
your family's enjoyment, these units are just up-river from the City 
Tube Chute and only a short distance from Schlitterbahn and 
Wurstfest. Interior doors between the living areas provide a total 
of four bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, with a washer & drier - a great 
way for your family to have "togetherness" and still have privacy. 
Together these condos can accommodate up to 12 adults and several
children. While priority is given to families renting both units 
together, at times the units may be available separately. 

* Each unit has a living room fireplace and large double balcony
* Each kitchen has a full sized stove, refrigerator & dishwasher,
  plus microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster & blender
* Pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishes are provided
* Towels & linens are provided (minimum 275 thread count sheets)
* Cable television w/ DVD player & VCR in each living area
* Cable television in every bedroom

  -Sleeps up to 6 adults and 1 child if rented separately
  -Great river views!!!

  -Two bedrooms w/one full bath + half bath with washer & dryer
  -One bedroom with queen-sized bed
  -Bunkhouse bedroom with two bunk beds: One is a twin over twin &
   one is a twin over double futon
  -Large living area has two sleeper sofas (doubles) and wet bar
  -Separate kitchen with lots of counter/cabinet space
  -Sleeps up to 6 adults and several children if rented separately
  -End unit that overlooks the river. Exceptional river views!!!

* THESE ARE NON-SMOKING UNITS. Smoking is not permitted inside 
the units or on the balconies.

* NO PETS. No pets of any kind are permited in the units and may not 
be brought onto the grounds for any reason.
