Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful oceanfront condo at Ocean Beach Club One on Flagler Beach.
Great ocean views from balcony, living room and both bedrooms. Fully
equipped townhouse style unit with the bedrooms upstairs. The master
bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two
full beds. There's a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
     This quiet complex has a beautiful pool, barbecue area, tennis
and shuffleboard courts, and laundry facilities.  There's plenty of
parking and an on-site manager. The golf course and Intracoastal are
literally across the street behind the building.
    Flagler is like a beach town from the 50's with few high rises,
uncrowded beaches, and a state park two blocks away.  It's only 20
minutes to Daytona Beach, 45 minutes to St. Augustine, and 90 to
Orlando airport and Disneyworld.

tennis, birding, biking. Visit historic plantations and forts. Family
fun at Marineland in Palm Coast (about 20 miles north) includes
petting pools for the kids, rays, sharks and dolphins. Charter a
sunset sail or a fishing cruise at the Palm Coast marina. Snorkel with
manatees at Blue Spring State Park less than an hour away in Orange
City. Shop the huge flea market in Daytona Beach, the giant outlet
mall or historic boutiques in St. Augustine. Visit the Orlando theme
parks and Kennedy Space Center on day trips.

$800/week high season, $600/week low season
$1500/2 weeks high season, $1100/2 weeks low season
$1800/month high season, $1600/month low season
$75 one-time cleaning fee
$10% lodging tax
$250 deposit, refundable within 2 weeks of departure, after maid's
inspection & inventory

Additional fee for more than six people. Slightly higher rates apply
for special events including Bike & Race Week, Easter, 4th of July,
and Memorial Day.
Day.  Special events include The Rolex 24 Hour Race, Speedweeks and 
The Daytona 500, Bike Week, The Pepsi 400 and Biketoberfest.
