Our two bedroom, two bath home features all new interior with brand
new stainless steel appliances,
granite countertops, and cherry cabinetry.It has
been furnished with all new designer quality furniture with a
British Colonial flair. We offer high speed wireless and satellite
TV/DVR. All this just
400 feet from the best beach on North Captiva. As an added bonus,
there are 360 degree views of the
gulf and bay from our crows nest roof deck.
Our home is one level for convenient living. The master bedroom
features a new four poster queen size
mahogany bed. The second bedroom is furnished with twin size beds
and
has it's own bathroom with
shower. There is a hall bathroom with full size tub/shower
combination.
Our home is child friendly and offers the following amenitites to
make for a great family vacation.
There are children and adult board games, children DVD's, coloring
and reading books. There are not
stairs in the main house, so no worries with small children. There
is
a full size tub for bathing and
an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. We offer a brand
new pack and play and high chair.
Included in the rental is a four-person golf cart and membership at
the private North Captiva Island
Club with two pools, tennis, and an outdoor bar and restaurant.

Winter From 12/15/- 2/27/09 (excluding holidays) $1650 per week
From 2/28/09- 4/25/09 and holiday weeks $1950 per week
