community on Navarre Beach Florida . It sits facing an undeveloped  
natural preserve. It has un obstructed views of the sound as well as  
great views of the gulf. You are 50 ft from the sound and 150 feet  
to the Gulf. It has a great community swimming pool as well as a  
tennis court. This house has 5 decks across the front and back of  
the house, as well as a private 6 man hot tub on the back of the  
house. It has a gas fire place and gas grill as well as a state of  
the art kitchen that is fully equipped including a wine cooler and  
convection oven. 
 
The living room / great room is two stories with a 52 inch high  
definition 1080 TV with surround sound. It has a full range of DVDs  
for your entertainment as well as a complete library of books of all  
kinds for your reading enjoyment. The master bedroom has a huge walk  
in shower with double heads as well as a jet stream bath tub. It  
also has a private screened in porch for a quiet morning coffee  
break overlooking the water.  
 
The second Master bedroom is located on the second floor and also  
has its own private balcony and bath. This home has two beach  
cruising bicycles for a leisure ride around the island. 
 
It is a great home surrounded by the Gulf 150 yards from your front
