Vacation Rental Description

Estero Island Yacht and Racquet Club

Located on the South end of the island near Fish Tail Marina and 
Santini Marina Plaza.  This top floor  2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo has 
beautiful wide canal views!  If you love to watch boats and see some 
activity, this is perfect for you! The unit is totally remodeled top 
to bottom with new flooring, all new paint, new appliances, new 
cabinets, and all brand new furniture with a Florida flair! There is 
a sleeper sofa in the living room and is finely appointed with 
T.V.'s, VCR/DVD player, and washer and dryer in the unit!  Master 
bedroom has king size bed and second bedroom has twin beds. Pack N
Play available in unit for infants/toddlers. Screened 
lanai overlooks the peaceful canal. Beautiful pool right on the 
canal!  You won't be disappointed!  The only thing you need to bring 
is your camera!

Marina, just steps from The Club!

Vacation Rental Rates

Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals. rates for 2007/2008 season

Rates- December 16 through April 30 $1100 per week/$4200 per month 
Rates- May 1 through September 30 $550.00 per week/$1200 per month
Rates- October 1 through December 15 $700.00 per week/$2200 per month
JANUARY SPECIAL ONLY $3,000
All rates subject to 11% FL sales tax.
$300 security deposit for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly 
rentals required at time of reservation and returned 
within 45 days of departure.
$90 cleaning fee. 
All rents are due 60 days prior to arrival. 
Reservations can not be made to persons under the age of 25. 
Rates are based on 4 person occupancy.  Additional persons will be 
assessed an additional fee of $30.00 per week per person. 

Payment Methods (U.S. funds only)
We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, and 
cashier's checks.  Credit cards and last- minute personal checks are 
also accepted via PayPal, for an additional 3% service fee.

Cancellation policy
An administrative charge of $50 will be applied against all 
confirmed reservations which are cancelled.  Cancellations made 60 
days prior to arrival date are subject to loss of deposit and any 
partial payments already paid, unless we are able to re-book the 
unit for the same time period.  Cancellations made within 30 days or 
less prior to arrival date are subject to loss of full payment 
unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same period.
