Vacation Rental Description

tropical yard patio lot- Studio Cottage. Most studios do not have 
their own stand alone house, this does! cottage has skylight
and french door and windows allowing you to look out into the garden
and or dine and bbq outside.  Ammenities are
Wood stove fireplace, Kitchennette with multiple cabinets,
French doors and Window looking into garden with privacy
and quiet although one block to famous wind n sea beach.
Shower, and bath with double sinks, living room area and
MIrrored Double size closet. Tropical courtyard with flowers, and
plants and sunning patio with dining-eating area.  Clean,
quaint, restful and peaceful with amenities in walking 
distance across all of La Jolla beaches, village, restaurants
and shopping.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swimming Beach with white sand, stunning coastline, world
famous surfing at Wind n sea straight down this street , 
my husband walks barefoot with surfboard in hand, snorkeling,
kayaking, boating, seal watching, World class swimming at the
"cove" and childrens pool cove.  World class swimming olympic
size pool 1/2 block out the front door, with Designate scenic
trails outside the cottage for walking and bicyclling in safety.
Restaurants at the end of street, never use a car if you want
to walk to all.  La Jolla playhouse, museum, art galleries,
classes in creative arts, world famouse shopping and restaurants
of every type from casual to gourmet with indoor outdoor dining
overlooking the ocean.  

Activities and Attractions

Scripps World FAmouse Aquarium, La Jolla shores within 
same city limits, Within San Diego limits are the San Diego 
Zoo, wild animal park, FAmous Balboa park with museums and
bridges and outdoor activities and concerts and gallery showings,
Downtown exciting dancing and nightlife on the bay.  Concerts
on the bay at Humphries shelter island with boats floating
by, Bay cruises, Worlds largest in city limits park, MIssion
Trails park, Encinitas Self REalization Gardens, botanical Gardens,
Point Loma and Coronado island briges and Motels world famous.
Beautiful drives over bay after bay and incredible weather ,, 
year round.  Hiking, and mountains within 45 minute drive from
La Jolla, desert flowers, and hot springs, and a 25 minute drive
to San Diego International Airport.  What more could you ask for
any season of the year,, you wont' want to leave.

$650-900  off peak, Or $98 to $165 per day, and 1100 to 1300 peak 
based on occupancy 
seasonal rates and or special discounts 
and last minute fills. Best rate for a seperate house cottage with a 
yard. 
Hotels are minimum $249 a night right next door.  You cant beat the 
price of your own cottage vs a hotel room,, and the cottage is Less!
your own kitchen, yard and laundry facilities. Extremely reasonable 
rate year round in La Jolla
