the amenities of home. Wake up and relax to the sights and sounds of
the waves breaking on the shore with a view from the master bedroom, 
living, dinning and kitchen.The kitchen and baths are completely 
tiled. Step out on the balcony and see the breathtaking views of
the shoreline for miles with the cool ocean breeze relaxing your 
every momment. Unique microclimate of the Hutchinson Island makes 
this spot quite comfortable even in a middle of sizzling summer.

Ten minutes south of Vero Beach, North Hutchinson Island is
conveniently located with easy access to several shopping centers,
golf courses, local theaters and fantastic restaurants. Approx. 1-1/2
hours from West Palm Beach airport and 2 hours from Disney World.  
Friendly atmosphere. A truly great place to relax!

The beaches on the Hutchinson Island are just beautiful. All 
imaginable activities: snorkeling, sailing, shelling, surfing, jet 
skiing, fishing. The Indian River area is the finest saltwater fly 
fishing places in the world. Catch bass at Lake Okeechobee
Great surf fishing for Bluefish, Pompano, Whiting, and Spanish will 
keep you on the beach during the winter months. Rivers and bridges 
will have all of the above plus Trout, Reds, Snook and more.
More than 60 golf courses are within an hour drive.
Local museums and tourist attractions: Navy Seal Museum, the Elliot 
Museum, the Manatee Observation Area, Bathtub Beach/Reef, and Ft. 
Pierce Jai Alai.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency
and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
January, February,and March,  - $2,950mth
April, May, June, July, August, September, and October - 
$1,650/month (two week summer deals 500 wk)
November and December - $2,000/month. $1,000 security deposit 
required.
This deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of unit,all within
14 days after departure.
