$ 250 per night (3-night minimum) 
$1400 per week 
$ 100 cleaning fee 
$ 250 deposit 
Cancellation policy. 
For week rental - if cancelled up to 30-days before reserved date  
results in forfeit of 1/2 weeks'rental. 
For weekend rental - if cancelled up to 30-days before reserved date  
results in forfeit of 1 night's rental.  Linens available for an  
additional $100.
