Vacation Rental Description

When you stay at our lakefront cottage you will return to a quieter time of tranquility.  This is the 
place you can relax on the deck and gaze at the lake's never ending beauty, hear the birds chirp, and 
enjoy the sunset over the lake and Rattle Snake Mountain.  Swim or fish off the dock during the day 
and use the outside fireplace at night.  Boat mooring also available.

Location:  Willsboro Bay, NY on Lake Champlain (Home of "Champy"), in the Adirondack Mountain

Nearby day trips:  45 minutes - Lake Placid/Whiteface Mountain, 10 minutes - Ferry to Vermont (45 
minutes to Burlington & 1 1/2 hours to Stowe), 90 minutes to Montreal

Getting here:  Only 5.5 hours from NYC on I-87, 4.5 hours from Boston using the Charlotte/Essex Ferry

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen:  full sized refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster 
oven, and all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed.  Master bedroom overlooks the lake.  Linen, blankets 
and cot are available.

Living/dining area:  TV/VCR/DVD, large dining table - seats up to 8 persons; you will get a 
spectacular view of Lake from the dining area.

Activities and Attractions

On site or nearby activities:  Swimming, Snorkeling, Fishing - excellent bass fishing, Hiking, Rock 
Climbing, Sightseeing (AuSable Chasm - 35 minutes), Golf, Biking, Restaurants, Fall foliage and

$750./ week June 1 - June 30, 2008  Saturday to Saturday  Check-in 12PM   Check-out 10AM
$800./ week July 1 - Sept. 10, 2008  Saturday to Saturday  Check-in 12PM  Check-out 10AM
$650./ week Sept. 11 - Nov. 1, 2008  Saturday to Saturday  Check-in 12PM  Check-out 10AM
$400. deposit required to reserve date.  Refundable up to 30 days prior check-in.  Balance due 2 
weeks prior to check-in.
