This large Victorian House, "Villa Mari", is just a 5 mins walk to
Newport's first beach, Easton's Beach.  This townhome rental is a spacious  2000 sq ft w/ 4 bdrms & 2 full baths. (For the Winter we offer 3 bdrms & 2 baths) It is charmingly decorated in a cottage style with coastal accents. 
Bed types: king, queen & 2 full beds; 2 baths (shower in downstairs bathroom, tub & shower in upstairs bathroom).  Dine in kitchen for up to 8.
The inviting 400 sq ft wrap-around furnished covered porch has views to Renfrew Park and peeks of the Atlantic Ocean. A comfortable spot to enjoy morning coffee, sunsets and listen to the ocean waves.
The sideyard has a bbq grill and the patio area is perfect for entertaining. 120 sq ft. 2nd floor deck (accessed by outside stairs or from the queen bedroom) has bench seating for 8 to hang out and enjoy the views. Backyard has room for horseshoes, badmitton & volleyball as well as the 1 1/2 acre park in front of the house for frisbee toss, catch & flying kites.

Cable TV (living room and all 4 bdrms), wireless internet, DVD, Stereo, CD Player, A/C units in the bedrooms (living room A/C when necessary), floor & window fans downstairs, hardwood floors, fully equipped dine-in kitchen w/ 2 work areas, linens, washer, dryer, gas grill (bbq), beach towels, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking for 2 cars, as well as street parking. No smoking inside.

Easton's beach (5 min walk) famous for it's carousel; it's a great
family beach with snack bar, free concerts in evenings, discovery
museum, playgrounds, volley ball area and world class skate park.
Second beach (Sachuest) is 15 min walk or 1 min drive, with snack
bar, surfing, great swimming, windsurfing and kitesurfing! Cliff Walk
is also minutes away.
Walk from rental to nearby restaurant's Flos Clam Shack, Atlantic
Beach Club, Aquidneck Island Pizza, KJ's Pub and Atlantic Grill. Plus
convenience, hardware, sports and liquor stores.
Bustling Newport Harbor is only an 8 min drive.
The town and surrounding area of Newport has boating, sailing,
museums, mansion tours, train rides, shops, restaurants, cinema,
theater, site seeing, sailing, golfing, fishing, hiking, art
galleries, antiquing, equestrian, beachcombing, outdoor music
concerts, ferries to Block Island and Providence.
