Vacation Rental Description

Located on Anastasia Island, this second story condominium 
(Building N, Unit 24) is newly redecorated and refurbished in 
warm beach house colors.  The condo is fully equipped with 
all appliances and furnishings including new TV's, DVD's, 
microwave and washer/dryer.  There is also new balcony 
furniture and beach furniture for your enjoyment.  The large 
bedroom has a queen size bed, TV/DVD and direct access to 
the balcony.  The living room also has access to the balcony 
through sliding glass doors and has a large TV/DVDand new 
queen size sleeper sofa and LR chair.  This is a private and 
gated community and my personal property manager, 
Sue Craven of Ocean Village Realty, will attend to your 
needs throughout your stay. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This exclusive development has two swimming pools (one heated), 
a large hot tub, new tennis courts, new shuffle board area, new 
family picnic area, and a secured and lighted walkway and 
private boardwalk to the wide sandy beach and the beautiful 
Atlantic Ocean.

Many restaurants, including fine dining and casual dining, 
are located nearby.  Be sure to try the Saltwater Cowboys 
resturaunt and the World Famous Oasis Grill, both only 
a few blocks away.  Also, all of your shopping needs and 
Flagler Hospital are all just a few minutes away.

Activities and Attractions

Historic St. Augustine (the oldest City in the nation) with it's
Spanish Fort and famed Light Tower, is a modern and growing 
community with all of your shopping and medical needs nearby.  
Nearby attractions include the SawGrass TPC golf course, the 
PGA Golf Hall of Fame, Orlando Disney World, Cape Canaveral, 
the Kennedy Space Center, and the Daytona 500 Speedway.  
You can also fish off the Pier for just $8 and enjoy the Kids 
Water Park both located one mile north of the condo. Or you 
can charter a boat and guide/captain and enjoy some deep sea 
game fishing.  Don't forget about your private access to the 
Atlantic Ocean andthe always welcoming beautiful white sandy beach. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer:  3/15 to 8/1; $675 per week; $125 per night (two night 
minimum);Monthly 3 weeks 4th week free

Fall:  8/12 to 12/20; $430 per week; $95 per night (two night
minimum); $1,150 per month

Winter:  12/20 to 3/27; $525 per week; $115 per night (two night
minimum); $1,300 per month

Holidays/Holiday Weekends:  $125 per night
