(Building N, Unit 24) is newly redecorated and refurbished in
warm beach house colors. A new AC and Heater System was installed in
January of 2009. The condo is fully equipped with
all appliances and furnishings including new TV's, DVD's,
microwave and washer/dryer. There is also new balcony
furniture and beach furniture for your enjoyment. The large
bedroom has a queen size bed, TV/DVD and direct access to
the balcony. The living room also has access to the balcony
through sliding glass doors and has a large TV/DVDand new
queen size sleeper sofa and LR chair. This is a private and

needs throughout your stay.

This exclusive development has two swimming pools (one heated),
a large hot tub, new tennis courts, new shuffle board area, new

Many restaurants, including fine dining and casual dining,

a few blocks away. Also, all of your shopping needs and
Flagler Hospital are all just a few minutes away.

Winter: 12/20 to 3/27; $525 per week; $115 per night (two night
minimum); $1,300 per month

Holidays/Holiday Weekends: $125 per night
