Amazing Value and much more comfortable than a condo. Two blocks to the beach! You are just steps away out the front door to Crescent Beach and spectacular sunrises, or go out the back door to the Intracoastal waterway and watch the beautiful sunsets along the Matanzas River. There's really no point in driving to the beach since it is so close, but if you insist you can not only drive TO the beach, you can actually drive ON the beach! The public boat ramp is 1/4 of a mile away if you are a boat or jet ski enthusiast.

The cottage is two bedroom single family home (not a condo) and is completely furnished right down to the white picket fence. It is ideal for families or couples who need more space. It has two bedrooms, two full baths, and can comfortably sleep up to 5 people, with a double bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the other, and a sofa in the living room.

It has central air and heat, a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils), plus a full size washer and dryer. You'll have cable TV, a VCR, patio furniture, beach chairs, BBQ grill, linens & towels, and even a few beach toys for the kids.

Conveniently located on serene Crescent Beach, you are only a few minutes from the downtown St. Augustine. Local attractions include: Castillo de San Marcos, Fort Matanzaz, The Alligator Farm, The Original Ripleys Believe it or not Museum, Potters Wax Museum, The 3D Theatre, Marineland, Outlet Malls, Ghost Walks, Trolley Tours, Horse drawn Carriage rides, Golf, The World Golf Village, Sport and Surf Fishing, Sailing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, and countless
gourmet restaurants.
