offering DISCOUNTED RATES to attract a stable following of renter  
guests. 
 
Location: Lake Tahoe/Incline Village, Nevada, USA (29  
Miles to Reno Tahoe International Airport). Next to border of  
California/Nevada. 
 
Accommodations: Townhome - 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 2.5  
Baths - (Sleeps 2-8)  
   
This spectacular and spacious 1800+ square foot townhome 
is located on the fabulous North Shore of Lake Tahoe at lake  
elevation of 6300 feet. Just minutes to Incline beaches, hiking  
trails, local golf courses, and local ski areas and the Hyatt Lodge.  
As new Owner/Renters we are keeping our rates low to attract a  
stable list of visitors who we hope will become repeat renters for  
years to come. Comparable homes on other sites are now renting for  
$275-$350 per nite for this same floor plan in Third Creek.  
 
The home is fully furnished and upgraded with granite kitchen 
and new appliances, a rock fireplace, a patio area w/ a Weber grill 
for barbecuing, upgraded bathrooms, and a garage which is  
particularly helpful in the winter months. Bedding includes 1 king,  
1 queen in country cabin decor w/ walk-in closet and master  
bathroom, 2 twins and a fold-out double sleeper. Each room has it's  
own TV for individual viewing and a new DVD/VCR in the Living room  
w/ a CD Player. The garage and the patio for BBQ are extras. This is  
a secure and gated community.  
 
In the desirable Incline Village planned community, your family and  
friends can enjoy all of the best amenities in the greater Tahoe/  
reno area including 15 major ski resorts and 40 golf courses not to  
mention the most beautiful lake in the United States. The community  
includes two private beaches (one with a pool and one with a boat  
ramp), a 37,000 square foot recreation center open year round,  
indoor pool and sauna, lighted tennis courts and family picnic  
areas. Non-resident rates apply for usage of the IV Rec. Center and  
for beach access. The Third Creek Development also includes a pool,  
jacuzzi and tennis courts for use in the summer months at no charge.  
The jacuzzi is operating in the winter, as well.  
 
Tahoe is a year-round recreation wonderland offering the best on the  
California/Nevada border, just a 29 mile drive to the Reno-Tahoe  
International Airport and a leisurely three and a half hour drive to  
the San Francisco Bay Area. Dining and casino gaming in Incline  
Village or Reno offers great fun in the evenings.

Fifty percent of your fees are due at the time of reservation. 
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your planned arrival  
date,we will refund you the cleaning fee and security deposit, but 
we reserve the right to retain the rental amount. If we are able to  
re-book the property for all or part of the intended rental period,  
we will refund the rental amount or part thereof.
