Our Executive home 'The Davenport' is furnished to the highest
standards to make your vacation a magical experience. Our house
features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that reach all the
way to the second floor. Our formal living room and dining room
provide a gorgeous view of a tropical paradise surrounding your
private lakefront pool. The upstairs loft overlooks the living room
and includes a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player and stereo. Beyond the
formal dining room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen that
provides all the amenities of home. A gorgeous master bedroom
includes a very large en-suite bath that features both a walk in
glass shower and large oval tub. A common bath serves the loft and
other 2 bedrooms upstairs. Your stay at 'The Davenport' will offer
you an experience that will surely be a treasure of your vacation
while in Orlando.

Located in the highly sought after Hamilton's Reserve, just 4� miles
S.E. from Walt Disney World, 6 miles from Sea World, and 8 miles
from Universal Studios.

This home has an baby crib, high chair, 3 TV's along
with DVD / VCR's players, and a stereo CD/tape player. Attached to
this home is a patio area with a dining area and huge heated
lakefront pool with a free standing hot tub. We also provide a gas grill for your use. The home has a washer and dryer.  We also have free wifi.

Remainder of balance due 30 days before check in.
Cancelations are refundable (less a $25 processing fee) within 30
days prior to check in.

a $25 processing fee)
only if property is rebooked for that time period.
