This vacation home is located just a short walk from Lake Michigan in
a private beach community. Situated on a wooded lot with community
tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground nearby. Comfortably
sleeps up to 14 in 3 large bedrooms and also features 3 baths, den,
living area, fully equipped kitchen,breakfast bar and solarium. Lots
of things to do walking to the State Park or Holland's famous Tunnel
Park, watching sunsets, spending lazy days on the beach, renting jet
skis or bicycles nearby or charter a fishing trip.

4 Queen beds, 4 twins, 1 pullout sofa bed, crib. Lake Michigan
beach, playground, tennis courts, and basketball court. Fully
equipped kitchen, books and boardgames, VCR, cable TV, phone,
washer/dryer, outdoor grill, wood burning fireplace, firepit, plenty
of parking including room to park your boat or boat trailer.

vacation rental rates
$2,400 per week for the prime weeks of summer from Saturday to
Saturday (Memorial Day through Labor Day). First 2 weeks of June may
be rented for $1,500 per week. Minimum of 3 nights for Memorial Day
or Labor Day weekends at $250.00 per night. Off season rate is
$1,200 per month. (October - May)
Security Deposit of $200 is required and may be refunded
A Cleaning fee of $75.00 is required for all bookings
