Circumstances, Seasonal & Otherwise. Cleaning Fee of $120 and 
11.412% excise and transient tax not included. 50%, taxes and 
cleaning fee due at booking; Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 
No Refunds on Cancellations within 30 day prior to arrival. Non 
Smoking Only. Please Email me for Low Season or Extended Stay 
Discounts & Availability. Five-Night Minimum Stay. $300 Refundable 
Security Deposit due at booking. Signed Lease/Policies Agreement 
required 30 days prior to arrival.
