Our Mission Beach oceanfront vacation rental is located directly in front of the Pacific Ocean -- on the beach between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park.  Mission Bay is a block away!

Enjoy fabulous unobstructed ocean views from the patio/deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

Our ground floor condo boasts a new deck and patio area, a completely remodeled kitchen, new furniture and carpeting, three flat screen televisions, and wireless internet access. The private patio area has an outdoor table, 4 chairs and a storage bench. The living room faces the ocean and has a new leather queen sleeper, love seat, cable, a 37" flat screen television, DVD player, VCR and stereo with ipod docking. The dining area has a large glass pedestal table that seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a large picture window for your viewing pleasure, a queen bed, cable, and a flat screen television with DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a small flat screen TV and ample closet/drawer space. Linens and 2 beach chairs are provided, but you may want to bring your own beach towels. The bathroom contains both a shower and full size bathtub. Additionally, we have one parking space reserved for your convenience.

Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

Sept. 1 - Sept. 15 $1500 per week (previously $1600 per week) 

Sept. 15 - 29  $1399 (previously $1600 per week)

October 1 – May 31 $999 - $1299 per week (previously $1199 - $1399 per week)

Fall, Winter and Spring DISCOUNT Nightly Rates (Sept. 1 - May 31):
September 1 - May 31 (3-night minimum) $150-$220 per night (previously $190-$240)

Nightly rental (3-night minimum) may require a $50 to $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit. (Fee depends upon the number of nights rented.)

**2012 DISCOUNT Summer Rental Rates**
Summer Weekly Rates (Saturday to Saturday only):
May 26 - June 9 $1399 per week (previously $1750 per week)
June 9 - June 30 $1999 per week (previously $2200 per week)
June 30 - August 17 $2600 per week (previously $2700 per week)  $2450 for returning guests
August 18 - September 1 $1999 per week (previously $2200 per week)

Weekly rental requires a $350 refundable security/damage deposit.

Monthly rental requires a $500 refundable security/damage deposit.

HOLIDAY RATES:  Add 10% to daily and/or weekly rate if your stay includes the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve.

The above rates reflect a 3.5% discount for cash payment.  VISA and MASTER CARD accepted.

All fees and charges are included in the above rates.  There are NO additional fees or charges.
