Our Mission Beach ocean front condo is located directly in front of
the Pacific Ocean -- on the beach! Our beach-friendly condo is located
on the Boardwalk between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park and is only a
block away from the famed Mission Bay.

Enjoy fabulous ocean views from the deck, living room, dining room,
kitchen and master bedroom.

Our newly remodeled ground floor condo boasts a new deck and patio
area, carpet, new living room furniture, a completely remodeled
kitchen, two flat screen televisions, and internet access. The
private patio area has an outdoor table and chairs. The living room
faces the ocean and has a queen sleeper, love seat, cable, a 42"
flat screen television, DVD player, VCR and stereo. The dining area has
a large glass pedestal table that seats six comfortably. The brand
new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to
prepare meals. The master bedroom faces the ocean
and has a large picture window for your viewing pleasure, a queen
bed, cable, and a 37" flat screen television with DVD. The second
bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet/drawer space. Linens are
plentiful, but you'll want to bring your own beach towels. The
bathroom contains both a shower and bathtub. Additionally, we have
one parking space reserved for your convenience.

Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont
Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores,
laundry facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades,
boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking
distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching (generally
in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World
within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown
are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

Fall, Winter and Spring DISCOUNT Rates Weekly Rates (Sept. 1 - May 31):
Sept. 1 - Sept. 30 $1500 per week (previously $1600 per week)
October 1 - May 31* $1099 per week (previously $1199 - $1300 per week)
*Add 10% to daily and/or weekly rate if your
stay includes the following holidays: Easter, Memorial
Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New
Year's Eve.

The above rates reflect a 3.5% discount for cash payment.  VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER accepted.

Fall, Winter and Spring DISCOUNT Daily Rates (Sept. 1 - May 31):
September 1 - May 31 (3 night minimum) $150-$220 per night (previously $190-$240)

Daily rental may require a $100 non-refundable cleaning/security deposit.
