Vacation Rental Description

Our Mission Beach ocean front condo is located directly in front of
the Pacific Ocean.  Our beach-friendly condo is located 
on the Boardwalk between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park and is only a 
block away from the famed Mission Bay.
Enjoy fabulous ocean views from the deck, living room, dining room, 
kitchen and master bedroom.
Our newly remodeled ground floor condo boasts a new deck and patio 
area, new carpet, new living room furniture, a completely remodeled 
kitchen, two flat screen televisions, and internet access.  The 
private patio area has an outdoor table and chairs.  The living room 
faces the ocean and has a queen sleeper, love seat, cable, a 42" 
flat screen television, DVD player and stereo.  The dining area has 
a large glass pedestal table that seats six comfortably.  The brand 
new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to 
prepare meals (except the food).  The master bedroom faces the ocean 
and has a large picture window for your viewing pleasure, a queen 
bed, cable, and a 37" flat screen television with DVD.  The second 
bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet/drawer space.  Linens are 
plentiful, but you'll want to bring your own beach towels.  The 
bathroom contains both a shower and bathtub.  Additionally, we have 
one parking space reserved for your convenience.
Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont 
Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, 
laundry facilities and shopping.  Rental shops for roller blades, 
boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking 
distance.  Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching 
(generally in the winter) are close too.  You can drive to Sea World 
within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown 
are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

           **2008 Rental Rates**
Summer Weekly Rates (Saturday to Saturday):
     June 1 - June 14             $1500 per week
     June 15 - June 28            $2200 per week
     July 1 - August 16           $2600 per week
     August 16 - August 30        $2000 per week
Fall, Winter and Spring Rates Weekly Rates (Sept. 1 - May 31):
     Sept. 1 – Sept. 30   $1500 per week 
     October 1 – March 31*  $1100 per week 
     April 1 - May 31*  $1100 per week
       *Add 10% to daily and/or weekly rate if your
        stay includes the following holidays:  Easter, Memorial
        Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New
        Year's Eve.
Fall, Winter and Spring Rates Daily Rates (Sept. 1 - May 31): 
     September 1 – May 31 (3 night minimum)  $190 per night 
Daily rental requires a $100 refundable cleaning/security deposit.
Weekly rental requires a $350 refundable cleaning/security deposit.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
