Vacation Rental Description

the most private and exclusive beaches in Malibu, and enjoy all the  
amenities you would expect in a vacation resort.   
 
This bright and lovely one-bedroom condominium is elegantly  
decorated and furnished for beachside enjoyment.  The living room  
features a sleeper-sofa, fireplace and patio with breathtaking views  
of the ocean and the Malibu coastline.  The bedroom has the same  
ocean views, plantation shutters, and a sumptuous king-size bed. The  
bathroom has recently been renovated with designer tile and granite  
and has a tub and shower combination. The kitchen has granite  
countertops and newer applianaces and is fully equipped with dishes,  
and cooking utensils. There is an adjacent dining area. Open the  
sliding doors and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean  
waves or turn on the fireplace and enjoy the view. There are ceiling  
fans in the dining area and bedroom. 
 
Take walks on the sand with  beach access; swim in our heated  
pool and stay fit on our tennis courts and in our fully equipped  
modern gym; then relax in the sauna and Jacuzzi at the end of the  
day. There are also beach volleyball and barbecue facilities on the  
beach.   
 
Forty five minutes from Beverly Hills, the LAPhil and LAX Airport.   
Twenty minutes from lively Santa Monica and one hour away from  
beautiful Santa Barbara and its world-renowned wineries.  This  
location offers great access to museums, performing art center,  
shopping, world class restaurants, extraordinary hiking, fishing,  
parks for kids and California’s famous surfing beaches.

Fireplace, phone, cable TV, stereo with CD player, internet  
access,dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils,  
linens, beach chairs, washer and dryer (shared), sauna and pool  
(shared), covered assigned parking for two cars, charcoal grill (BBQ  
shared), no smoking and no pets.
